Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s performance and policies.

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, inspections, weather conditions, force majeure events, or other external factors are outside our control.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title to products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Novera Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the order.

Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • Any additional costs, reshipment fees, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details will be charged to the customer.

  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Compliance

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into the destination country or region.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, seizures, or delays imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Novera Health does not guarantee customs clearance or acceptance in any jurisdiction.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Shipments refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier or customs authorities may not be eligible for refund.

  • Return shipping costs, storage fees, or disposal costs may apply and will be deducted where applicable.

No Guarantees

  • Novera Health makes no guarantees regarding delivery dates, transit times, or uninterrupted shipping services.
