ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, not at the time the order is placed. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If any item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you with the expected dispatch date.

Shipping times vary by destination. U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped, while international delivery times differ depending on local carriers, customs processes, and regional regulations. Tracking updates may take several days to reflect movement.

Please note: Actual delivery timelines are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to correct or update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@noverahealth.co.
Changes can only be made while the order is still in processing. Once a shipment has been prepared or released to the carrier, we can no longer modify any shipping details.

NoveraHealth is not able to refund or reship orders if an incorrect address was provided by the customer. In such cases, we may offer a one-time 20% discount on your next order as a courtesy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number and a link to view tracking updates.
Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.

For questions about tracking or order status, email support@noverahealth.co.

Do you store my payment information?

No. NoveraHealth does not store or retain your credit card or payment data after the transaction is processed.
All payment information is handled using secure third-party payment processors.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer global shipping. Available countries appear during checkout. If your country is not listed, you may email our support team for assistance.

Because import rules vary widely, customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations, duties, and restrictions.
We strongly advise reviewing all relevant rules before placing an order.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions as part of your purchase review process.

Will my items arrive together or separately?

Depending on your order and destination, shipments may arrive in one or multiple packages.
Some peptide products ship separately due to handling or packaging requirements.

If your tracking information indicates multiple shipments—or if you receive only part of your order—contact us with a photo of the received items, and we will verify the remaining shipment status.

How often do you restock?

We generally replenish stock every 1–2 weeks, although timelines may vary.
To stay updated on restocks, new releases, and product announcements, subscribe to our newsletter via the sign-up box at the bottom of our homepage.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

In what form are your peptides supplied?

All NoveraHealth research peptides are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form.
This ensures product stability during transit. Any reconstitution materials (e.g., bacteriostatic water) must be sourced separately.

What does “Peptide Vial” or “Peptide Kit” mean?

Products may be offered as:

  • Single vials, or

  • Kits containing 10 vials.

Single-vial products may arrive without printed labels, consistent with images on our website. Identification is based on vial top colors, which are clearly indicated on each product page.

STORAGE & HANDLING

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

For stability:

  • Short-term: store at room temperature (several days to weeks).

  • Medium-term: store at 4°C.

  • Long-term: store at −20°C.

  • Protect from light and moisture at all times.

How do I handle peptides after removing them from the freezer?

Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening.
Opening cold vials can cause moisture from the air to condense inside, which may interfere with peptide integrity.

To maintain product stability, we recommend:

  • Avoiding unnecessary freeze-thaw cycles

  • Aliquoting the peptide according to experimental needs

  • Minimizing repeated vial opening

These steps help preserve peptide consistency during research handling.
